Join us for the very first Riverfront Literacy Expo in celebration of World Book Day. Learn about programs and organizations that provide reading assistance and other literacy services in Fort Wayne. There will be activities for the entire family, including book readings, meeting local authors, open mic poetry reading from 11:00-noon, a poetry scavenger hunt, checking out a book from the Human Library, learning about local sport teams reading programs, food trucks and more. Bring in your unwanted books (fiction, non-fiction, children’s) for our donation box benefiting local parks mini libraries. This FREE community event is a great way to engage and learn through others perception, struggles, growth, sharing experiences and various forms of literature.
